Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Mkhd Paramount Global Proprietary Limited regarding your use of the Dating Profile Score application, website, and related services (together, the "Service").
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Mkhd Paramount Global Proprietary Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Botswana ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"). The product is marketed under the name Dating Profile Score. On Google Play the Android app (package com.datingprofilescore.app) is published by OneJob.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our AI Usage Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your country.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@datingprofilescore.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Description of the Service
Dating Profile Score is an AI-assisted dating coaching tool. It analyses screenshots of dating profiles and text conversations that you voluntarily upload, and returns suggestions, scores, rewrites, and reply drafts. Outputs are generated by machine learning models and are provided for informational and coaching purposes only.
6. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- upload content depicting a person other than yourself without their consent;
- upload content depicting minors in a romantic, sexual, or dating context;
- use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate, stalk, or deceive any person;
- use the Service to create deepfakes, cloned voices, or synthetic media of real people;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or circumvent the Service;
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Further restrictions are set out in our AI Usage Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Subscriptions, billing and renewals
Dating Profile Score is offered on a subscription basis and, in some cases, as a one-time unlock. Current plans and prices are shown in the app on the unlock / plans screen (including Google Play products such as weekly, yearly, and lifetime unlocks).
- Payments. On Google Play and the App Store, payments are processed by Google or Apple. On the website, payments may be processed by PayPal (or another configured processor). Those providers charge your payment method, handle applicable taxes, and issue receipts.
- Recurring billing. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancellation. Cancel mobile subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. On the web, cancel from Settings → Membership → Cancel subscription, or by emailing support@datingprofilescore.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
- One-time unlocks. Lifetime or time-boxed passes charge once and do not renew, except as shown at checkout.
- Free trials. If we offer a free trial, we will disclose its length and the price that will be charged when it ends before you subscribe. You may cancel during the trial to avoid a charge.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Requests should be sent to support@datingprofilescore.com.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial dating coaching purposes.
10. Your content
You retain ownership of the screenshots, prompts, and text you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process User Content solely to operate the Service, generate outputs for you, provide support, and improve reliability and safety. We do not sell User Content and do not use it to build or train foundation models we release publicly.
11. AI-generated content
Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, sending them to another person, or publishing them. Dating Profile Score does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or professional relationship advice. See the AI Usage Policy for detail.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding outcomes, matches, replies received, or dating results.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50). We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of outputs.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in-app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Gaborone, Botswana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
