AI Usage Policy
Dating Profile Score is an AI-assisted dating coach. This policy explains how you may use it responsibly, what is prohibited, and where responsibility for outputs sits. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What Dating Profile Score is (and isn't)
Dating Profile Score is a coaching tool. It analyses content you upload and returns suggestions such as scores, rewrites, replies, and date ideas. It is not autonomous — it does not send messages, swipe, match, or contact anyone on your behalf. It does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or professional relationship advice.
2. You are responsible for outputs
Outputs are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You must review any output before sending it, publishing it, or acting on it. You remain solely responsible for anything you say or do to another person, even where the wording originated from Dating Profile Score.
3. Consent and content you upload
- You may only upload screenshots of your own dating profile and of conversations in which you are a participant.
- Where a conversation includes another person's name, photo, or messages, you confirm that sharing that content with our AI processors for the limited purpose of coaching does not violate their rights or any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- You must not upload content depicting minors in any romantic, sexual, or dating context.
4. Prohibited uses
You must not use Dating Profile Score to:
- Impersonate another real person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions in a way that could deceive or harm someone;
- Create deepfakes, synthetic imagery, or manipulated media of any real person;
- Perform voice cloning or generate audio that mimics a real person;
- Commit fraud, romance scams, catfishing, financial deception, or identity theft;
- Engage in harassment, stalking, coercion, threats, doxxing, or unwanted sexual advances;
- Produce sexual content involving minors — this is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities;
- Produce non-consensual intimate content or sexual content depicting real identifiable adults without their consent;
- Generate content that incites hatred or violence against a person or group based on a protected characteristic;
- Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
- Attempt to circumvent safety filters, extract system prompts, or misuse the Service to generate the categories above;
- Engage in any other illegal activity under the laws that apply to you.
5. Automation and scraping
You must not use bots, scrapers, or automated pipelines to submit content to, or extract content from, Dating Profile Score without our prior written permission.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse a scan, suspend features, or terminate an account that violates this policy. Serious or repeated violations — especially those involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or fraud — will be reported to law enforcement and to relevant reporting bodies.
7. Reporting misuse
If you believe Dating Profile Score is being used against you, or if a generated output has harmed someone, email support@datingprofilescore.com with the subject "Safety report". We take these reports seriously.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service and the risk landscape evolve. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
