Refund Policy

We want Dating Profile Score to genuinely help you. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund, how to do it, and how long it takes.

1. Google Play purchases

If you paid through Google Play, you can request a refund from Google (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history) under Google’s refund rules. You may also email support@datingprofilescore.com with your Play order ID and we will help you through that flow.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee (website / PayPal)

For any paid plan purchased on this website, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

3. How to request a refund from us

Email support@datingprofilescore.com from the address on your account with:

• your Google Play order ID or PayPal receipt,
• the plan you purchased, and
• a short note (optional) about why you are requesting the refund.

We reply to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Processing times

Play refunds are processed by Google back to the original payment method. Website refunds are processed by PayPal (or the processor used at checkout). Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Subscription renewals

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds for renewal charges are considered where you were charged for a new period and had not used the Service since the renewal, and you contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be refused where the request is outside the applicable window, we detect fraud or chargeback abuse, the account was suspended for violating our Terms or AI Usage Policy, or the same buyer has previously received a goodwill refund for the same product. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

7. Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund of past charges. If you want both to cancel and to request a refund, please say so in your email.
