Delete your account

Use this page to request deletion of your Dating Profile Score account and associated personal data. This is the account-deletion URL for the Google Play app (package com.datingprofilescore.app), published by OneJob.

What gets deleted

When we action a deletion request we remove or anonymise, within 30 days:

• your account and sign-in identifiers;
• uploaded dating-profile screenshots and conversation images;
• scan history, scores, rewrites, and saved AI outputs;
• in-app preferences and device identifiers we stored for your account.

We may keep limited billing and fraud records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google’s terms.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@datingprofilescore.com from the same address you use in the app.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Dating Profile Score account.
3. Include your Google Play order ID if you have one (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions).

We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop renewals:

1. Open the Play Store on your phone.
2. Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select Dating Profile Score → Cancel subscription.

You can also email us and we will point you to the same Play cancellation flow. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

In-app controls

You can clear scan history without deleting the account from Settings → Clear scan history. Full account deletion is handled through the email request above so we can verify it is you.
